This is just a reminder for all ODACers who have not paid for the shirts..
The total cost is $22. $15 for the printing of the white ODAC shirt as well as the black shirt which is plain when received. The printing of the black shirt cost $7 after much bargaining.
For those who have not paid for either of the above components mentioned, PLEASE PAY GERMAINE asap because it is not nice going around and hunting people down for money...

ECP cycling
hey all.
The details are as follow:
Date: 1st April 2009
Meeting time/venue: 3:15pm foyer/porch (Bus will leave punctually at 3:15pm, no waiting for late comers) (One-way transport only)
What to wear: Dry fit orientation tee (J1)
White ODAC tee (J2)
Things to bring: Backpack (compulsory!), journal, 2 x 500ml water bottles, poncho, snacks, running shoes, money for bike rental (approximately $6 to $10)
What we will be doing
This time I don't think we will be cycling that far. Instead of cycling towards the LTC campsite first, we will cycling to the other opposite end of ecp which is the big splash part. After that, we will make a U-turn and ride until the LTC campsite. This activity and the distance will be subjected to the weather and time we have. In the event that we are behind time or wet weather, we may have to cancel/postpone/head back to ECP, but we hope that will not be the case. :)

As we understand that some of you may want to deposit some of your school stuff before leaving for ECP so as to lighten the load (you are encouraged to), we will be opening the ODAC store for everyone to deposit their belongings there. Athalie will open the ODAC store at 2:30pm on wednesday.

COMPLUSORY OEC briefing on Thursday (5/3/09)
To all ODACers:
Sorry for this late notice but there will be a compulsory briefing for all JC2s on OEC.
Venue: G101
Time: 5pm sharp
Attire: Sch uniform
Things to bring: Journal (MOST IMPORTANT) and writing materials
*If you have misplaced your journal, which I actually think you shouldnt have, please bring a notebook that you will be bringing along for OEC.
Please be punctual for this briefing because it is REALLY important.
If you are unable to come(which I hope none of you will....), please inform the OEC Taskforce (either Ariel, Sheryl, Germaine or Keng Chong) and amanda beforehand.
The shirts will also be given out on thursday for those who did not receive it during cross country.
Friday's activity will still be on, further notice will be given(:
