kayaking courses

To JC1 ODACers and J2s without 1*cert,

1* kayaking course on 25th and 26th of April is compulsory for all J1s who do not have the certification. It will be from 9am-4pm and will be held at kallang. Further details will be given on a later date. For any enquiries, please approach Sheryl or Dutt for more information.

Those who are unable to attend, please inform Sheryl latest by friday or we will take it that you will be attending.

The 2* course is canceled due to poor response.

Please bring $15 on FRIDAY for the course you will be attending. This is to ensure that you are committed to attending the course. A consent form will be given to you asap.

hey everyone,

the results for the tjc duathlon is out. You can go to http://tjcoacduathlon2009.webs.com/ to view your results. and congrats to debbie and sheryl for getting 3rd in the women open category. *claps claps*

Another thing is that there is no activity this coming wednesday (15April2009) due to the Student Council Investiture. Further details will be posted up soon regarding future activities.

Activity on 8th April - TREETOP WALK.

Meet at the FOYER at 3.15pm SHARP.
We will NOT wait for latecomers.

J1s - PE shirt & shorts
J2s - Black ODAC tee & shorts

Please wear your running shoes, bring along at least 1 litre of water & poncho.

3RD APRIL, PT.

Venue: G101

Time: 4pm SHARP. We aim to end the session by 6pm.

Attire:

J1s - PE shirt/shorts

J2s - Yellow ODAC tee

We'll be going out to do a short run to Braddell,

followed by some strengthening exercises led by Haresh & Timothy.

J1s will be dismissed after that, while J2s have to settle some $$ matters with Germaine.
