6th March

sorry for posting this up so late.
anyways, tomorrow activity will be as follow:

Assemble time: 4.30pm
Assemble venue: Outside G101
Attire: PE Kit
Things to bring: 1 Bandana and Journal

Activity Outline:

4pm:
Assemble time for JC1s
Briefing on OEC

4.30pm:
Assemble time for JC2s
OEC Taskforce + Group Facilitators I/Cs to stay for J1s briefing
The rest of JC2s will do a dry run on games conducted by Games comm.

5.30pm:
J2s to end dry run and join oec group
Ice breaker game with oec group

6pm:
Mass game

Dismissal time is not confirm yet...

COMPLUSORY OEC briefing on Thursday (5/3/09)

To all ODACers:
Sorry for this late notice but there will be a compulsory briefing for all JC2s on OEC.

Venue: G101

Time: 5pm sharp

Attire: Sch uniform

Things to bring: Journal (MOST IMPORTANT) and writing materials
*If you have misplaced your journal, which I actually think you shouldnt have, please bring a notebook that you will be bringing along for OEC.

Please be punctual for this briefing because it is REALLY important.
If you are unable to come(which I hope none of you will....), please inform the OEC Taskforce (either Ariel, Sheryl, Germaine or Keng Chong) and amanda beforehand.

The shirts will also be given out on thursday for those who did not receive it during cross country.

Friday's activity will still be on, further notice will be given(:

HELLO ODACERS!!

Just a reminder, ALL of us are down for road marshaling duty for the cross country on Wednesday, 4th march. (except for the house councillors & the participants). So please meet at 7.15am at the meeting point at ECP (car park opposite VJC) and wear the yellow ODAC tee.
